VILLA GROVE - It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother.Madonna Jean (Hutchison) Thomas, 92, walked her last million miles on Tuesday, June 25, 2024.She was born on June 10, 1932, to Hastin Hutchison and Mamie Potter Hutchison, in Villa Grove, where she grew up. She was a dedicated and loving wife to her late husband, Harley Thomas, whom she married on Feb. 18, 1950.Madonna Thomas was a kind and generous soul, always putting others' needs before her own. Her love and compassion extended to all those who knew her, and she will be remembered for her infectious smile and warm personality, making people laugh with her wit.She is survived by her children Rusty (Mary Etta) Thomas and Rod (Toni) Thomas; daughter-in-law, Kelly Thomas; grandchildren, Travis (Leanne) and Jeff and Chad Thomas; four great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren, who will miss her dearly.Preceding her in death were her parents, Hastin and Mamie Hutchison; husband, Harley T
