ST. LOUIS - Janet Elaine Huss, 65, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at Evelyn's House Hospice Center, St. Louis.Janet was born in Danville on Jan. 7, 1959, and was preceded in death by her parents, James Ernest and Marilyn Ruth (nee) Johnson of Danville; sister, Susan Huss Foertsch of Roswell, Ga.; and nephew James Lyn Pazdral of Austin, Texas.She is survived by her niece, Kendall (Chris) Leigh, and nephew Evan Foertsch.She was a graduate of Danville High School in Danville and attended Milliken University, studying childhood development. Janet moved to St. Louis when she was a young adult. She enjoyed several years of working at the Clayton Early Childhood Center before entering the field of property management with Turley Martin on the Edward Jones account. She was working for Commerce Bank at the time of her passing, having worked there for 22 years.
